21st Century Constitution - Career politicians/lawyers have made a doormat of the US Constitution. Some modifications of the document governing the USA are proposed. It severely curtails the powers of the branches of government and forces them to follow the rules.

The Irrelevant Senate - Regardless of political party, the career politicians & lawyers have repeatedly demonstrated their disregard and disrespect for the US Constitution.The US government will be much better off without the Senate. This paper recommends that the Senate be replaced by a Board consisting of the 50 State Governors.
